Join us for this year’s NFDI4Cat Workshop, part of the Jahrestreffen Deutscher Katalytiker 2026, and explore how digital tools and data-driven workflows are transforming catalysis research!

The NFDI4Cat initiative supports the digital transformation of catalysis through practical tools, services, and training designed to integrate Research Data Management (RDM) according to the FAIR principles — Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable.

In this interactive, hands-on session, participants will follow the entire journey of creating and implementing a Data Management Plan (DMP) — from initial planning to real-world application — using the NFDI4Cat ecosystem.

You will learn how to:

• Create machine-readable, actionable DMPs.
• Discover suitable digital tools that make RDM efficient and impactful.
• Use the MetaPortal, Repo4Cat, Voc4Cat, and CatCore for seamless data management and sharing.
• Access and adapt Voc4Cat structured vocabularies through the GitHub pipeline.
• Explore knowledge graphs (including the NFDI4Cat MetaPortal and the Weimar 2026 abstract-KG) using SPARQL queries.
• Upload, share, and reuse data via Repo4Cat — enhancing transparency and collaboration.
