SemMan4Cat is a semantic platform for collaborative management, exploration, and publication of scientific knowledge graphs. It provides a unified environment where researchers, data curators, repository users, and external applications interact with the same semantic knowledge graph through context-specific interfaces. The platform supports collaborative editing, semantic visualization, SPARQL querying, provenance-aware graph versioning, fine-grained access control, and repository-integrated semantic exploration while preserving a shared semantic representation.
Scientific knowledge graphs are increasingly used throughout the research lifecycle, yet different user groups require fundamentally different ways of interacting with the same semantic data. Existing solutions typically separate collaborative editing, public exploration, and repository integration into independent systems, leading to duplicated functionality and fragmented user experiences.
